On my second print I had some issues. Still came out ok but I have many questions.

I’m printing two makers coins. I did it standing up with supports which I now believe was wrong. Can I simply print them flat?

In the center of my FEP I have a kind of white mark. It looks like possible damage from print pulling at the FEP. Ideas? Change it? It’s only two
Small prints in.

I had some residual resin hardening on the FEP. It scared me and made me think the FEP failed and I had resin on the screen. Why is that there and how do I stop it?

After each print do you clean out resin tank?

How often do you change alcohol for part cleaning?

Hi. I bought the printer two days ago and I have not managed to print anything nothing comes out. Can someone help me? Can the resin be expired? Does the bottle leave 2018? I followed all the steps in the manual and nothing. some help? Thanks

Hello everyone! I just wanted to say thanks! There is a pile of great info here! All of my questions were answered with a little reading. I will receive my photon-s next Monday. I'm a little apprehensive, after reading about the -s and it's issues. I most likely would have ordered the original photon had I found this community first. I assumed the -s was an upgrade, we all know what happens when we assume lol. Anyhow, thanks again. This group is awesome!

With my FDM printer, the slicer software had a way to make the objects hollow and use a fill setting. Is there a way to do that with the Photon slicer? If not, what software would you use?

I have a friend who wants me to print out some stuff for his fish tank, if the prints are properly cleaned and cured would they be safe to submerge in a fish tank for a extended period of time?

hi all .
got a question .
anubic photon s vs d7 pro in same price range
which one is easier for new user ?
i mean out of box ..

with fdm u need to fixx al time something
nozzle , bed ,glue ,hairspray, tape temps sometime this next day u cant get print on same temps etc etc
i read these couple days you guys have problem too with top layers sticking but how i get is over 8 are less prone to problems

i know that this is photon group d7pro got a bit bigger build zone and reading reviews they all got pluses and minuses but most i don't understand ..
so can u suggest which one is easy to use out of box ?
and where in europe i can get good price for it :)
