This may be slightly inappropriate, but can any one of you recommend a slightly higher quality resin printer than the Photon? I think I've had my fill of trying to fix this thing.. I replace one piece and another one breaks in an endless loop.

So yea, What do you guys consider the next step in quality? I'm perfectly fine with the print quality of the photon, but I wouldnt mind paying alittle extra for a more reliable machine.

Hey everyone! Not sure if people are still having Z wobble issues but I recently modded my photon yet again with this rail guide I modeled. It is designed to attach directly on the back aluminum block using the existing srews/screwholes.

Quick and easy mod if you have an FDM around.

It seems to have helped mine a lot but also I made some other mods as well (put some skateboard bearings inside the build plate arm).

After a failed print how do you clean the cured resin off the fep? Tried chiping it off but put a hole thought the film yesterday. Just had another failure and dont want to ruin another one

Hi guys I am desperate. I had to replace my FEP and after that I am not able to get prints stuck to the Build plate. They gets stuck on the fep. I tried:
- different z0 even completely touching the lcd
- changing resin
I am not sure about the right tension for the FEP it was seeming too tight so I left the screws on the bottom of the vat a little loose. Can this be the reason?
Bottom exp time is 60s
