Today's mystery, the case of the disappearing supports. Second print with monocure transparent. The first one was great, but a much lower model, so the supports weren't near as high as the fail point.

Still, model looks okay, but WTH?

Finally got a successful print! It took me a few tries to realize why things were failing. Really a matter of supports and orientation. I didn't realize how much suction there was especially on a solid piece like this, which resulted in things sticking to the fep.

Hey, Is there any underlying reason why this model is failing at the first few layers of the raft, which are remaining stuck to the FEP?
Or just the usual Photon fuckery where I do the same thing 3 times then it eventually works for seemingly no reason?

I'm using the exact same settings that I've been using for my successful prints, and yes the build plate is level.

Does anyone here have a guide or something for using ChituBox? I've used it twice for supports and saved the parts as .stl, then opened them in the anycubic slicer and did not add supports. If it helps both times were Monoprice UV rapid resin grey.... the second time I upped the exposure time from 10 to 12 and the bottom layers from 60 to 80.

Hello!
Im mainly printing miniatures for boardgames on my printer. I've bin using the Basic Green anycubic Resin and it works really well except the prints become very brittle an and the minis become a bit too fragile. I'm looking for a resin thats a little bit flexible so the minis become more durable.

Does anyone here have some experience with printing boardgame minis and can recommend a suitable resin and settings?
