Hey how’s my benchy? I had some white stuff on boat Hull I scraped off, so ignore that. Just curious about the slight lines in the cabin wall and roof.
Seems pretty good to me, but wondering if those lines should be expected. Thx

Thanks for the add, I'm new to resin, I had a photon that I had to return within the 30 days(z motor =no movement) this is my 2nd one and the quality is way lower than my first machine, is this z wobble? That's what I gather from my research

In dealing with the rough, whitish areas where supports have been removed, is there any reason I shouldn't use a small pointed object or brush to wet it with resin, then harden the patch under UV?

Printed this rank badge for a costume I decided to build (a real fabric badge from cospa costs about 60 bucks). The first few prints were useing supports and a 45°angle. However the edges closest to the built plate kept coming out deformed. So in the end i just ended up printing it flat right on the plate, the finished product came out amazing.

On Ali Express now -- but Anycubic says it is either not an authorized seller, or is complete fraud. I am not sure on the reality of it.

Inspired by Jim Leenan 's design and great idea, but printed in parts that snaps together, with an adjustable filter holder. My question is, what size bottle everyone's draining their vat into? Thinking of making the leg length customizable but not sure if it's worth it?

Hello guys,

try my first print today, of course the cube.
I guess what? It's a fail.

So could you help me with the troubleshooting.

First, I use a brand new USB stick.
I level the build platform.

I didn't change the exposition setttings, I've got a 28-08-18 sample green Anycubic (the dark green clear one).

The UV lamp works, in test mode and in print mode.
The Z motor works, in test mode and settings mode.

But when I start the print, the platform didn't move at all.
And the UV lamp exposes normally.

So, I've just got the disk in the bottom of the vat.

I suspect a problem with the .photon file in the original AC USB stick.
I will try tomorrow with the file from AC website.

Did you ever see this kind of problem?

So what kind of tools besides sandpaper are people using to clean up their prints from support marks ? I’ve used some sand paper but looking to see what else I can use before primer
