This is what I have been doing over the holiday. This is a 1/24 scale D7 Caterpillar crawler with a winch. Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus used 3 of these to move the larger wagons about. This is Circa 1952. Still have 5-7 parts to print before complete, then on to the paint booth. (thumb for scale) about 7.5 in long (19.5 cm). Phrozen Gray resin from Craig Turley (Thanks Craig!)

What is the latest Photon Firmware? 4.2.3/F2.5 is installed
I printed several parts with Monocure Rapid Grey and have no chance to get a good Part:
Settings:
8 base layers
60-80s Base Exposure time
8s-14s Exposure time

-Already tighten the Fep screws.
- Some parts stuck to the Fep after 50 layers (small parts)

Any recommendations to fix it?

Hey all, I have see some people printing at layer heights lower than 0.025mm, which I understood was the smallest one could go with the Photon. This leads me to wonder, what is the finest layer height you have all achieved with good results, and what would the theoretical smallest z-step be?
