Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團

Hey guys, thanks for the add. Just got my machine yesterday, currently on my second print (first was a success, second seems to looking good so far).
Now, i saw earlier a video of a flexible resin printed on a formlabs printer, would make a perfect way of making rubber pieces for cosplay gloves. Would a resin meant for a formlabs machine work on the anycubic? If not, are there any flexible resins which will? thanks :)

Thought people would be interested in photos my friend sent from his Inkspire. It looks really smooth and I am not sure if that is because the optics are blurry or if they use anti aliasing.

Also the support put a lot more organized structures on the razor head than Photon does.

Hello! I'm a DnD an Warhammer enthusiast and I mostly use my printer for miniatures. I usually orient them at a 35 or 45 degree angle from the platform. However when removing the supporta there is always a bunch of "lumps" left on the mini from where the supports attached. Is there an easy way to fix them?

I usually use the auto support feature and medium supports

I am reposting because I did not explain well.

How do you combat sub surface scattering? As light travels to the support side of my print, it is making the surface quality poor. It almost looks like a light layer of jelly compared to the side facing the uv source; which is flawless. Please see picture.

I bought my Photon second hand and didn't realize I should be using a filter when I pour the resin back into the bottle from the vat. Does anybody have any recommendations for a decent funnel? Does it need to be a very fine mesh or would something like this work?

Hey all, sorry I am going to be annoying for awhile until I get the hang of this. Finished my first test print so of course I am immediately on to trying a miniature. I watched a video or two on setting up the model and putting supports in. How good is the auto-support feature? I found areas that I was concerned and added a few supports in (I figure a few extra supports can't hurt). Can auto-support be trusted? Also I am seeing conflicting ideas that minis should be put at an angle (15 degrees) instead of flat? Why is that? Is it best practice to do so? Thanks in advance!

This is weird. The model in CTB shows a closed buttom on one part. The same file in Simplify 3D shows it as I modeled it - open all the way through.

So here is my test print. I submerged it in the IPA for 30 seconds or so and let it cure in my UV nail driver for about 5 minutes.

How I calibration my Photon
I calibrate like it always (move down 0.7 from home)
***See the A4 paper is very tight, but can pull it out and push it in ***
the last step I push the build plate down and tightening it then set Z=0

Ps. My build plate is not sand
