Okay so we had a couple successful prints the for some reason , the most recent print failed as it apparantly pulled away from the build plate and dropped into the vat....trying again, but wanted expert advice on whether these settings are good for this print

OK gang, I still need help!

Issue #1)
I increased my first layer exposure to 110 seconds and thought I had solved my adhesion issues. The base is 6 layers thick.

So I went for a big print and got this. Elegoo Grey resin at 15 second layer exposure. What's causing this warping/lifting?

Issue #2)
Do I see the dreaded "Z-wobble" as banding on the forehead?

Any ideas?

For people that have sanded their build plates:

Have you ever had a print that was damn near impossible to remove? I had printed some small figures and left them overnight like I've done in the past but when I eventually got around to taking them off I ended up having to use a chisel and lightly re-sand due to scratches I made on the build plate. I was worried about prints after that but the next print came off easy although I did catch it soon after the print finished. Just wondering if my leave overnight technique days are over or just a fluke?

Hi Guys I just received my printer today and made two trials (failed)

I have changed USB on the second trial to see if it could come from here and increased the exposing time bottom to 80 and 13 for normal exposition

The resin was well shaken before pouring. But both time the first 8layers seems to cute and the rest not at all !

I have left both prints to finish and this is what I found lol

Where do you think the issue comes from?

Thanks for your help!

I'm absolutely gobsmacked at what this machine can do. Printed out 6 lattice cubes as a test, all of different sizes. The smallest one failed but it was literally a pixel width I'm guessing. Out of this world quality and a cool little trinket

Alright... this feels like a dumb question, but in the Anycubic photon slicer, I click on open file, go to the USB stick and find the Photon.Photon file, open it and it pops up the LCD viewer. but it doesn't add it to the print box displayed on the screen. Am I missing something SUPER obvious?

Hey everyone!
So I downloaded the ChiTu Slicer.
My question is that can I use this software alone, or should I use it "holding hands" with the Anycubic Photon Slicer? :)

Odd. These are two of the sides of the part I just printed. The side that was tilted slightly upwards is as good as I think the machine can do (as was the top - not pictured). The side that was tilted slightly down is pretty rough.

Please note that the photo exaggerates the depth of the irregularities. I would estimate the worst of them (right at the bottom) as about .1mm. Most of them are about .05mm.

The part is fine - I built a little extra thickness into the wall for sanding, and it's going to be painted anyway, but I'm puzzled.
