Getting somewhere! (see post from earlier today for context) After re-zeroing Z to be much tighter I was able to get the minis to stick to the build plate. There were some issues with the supports though so I will have to reprint two of the minis. I used ChiTuBox for the supports, sliced in Photon Slicer and then use Photon Validator to check the file and repair any issues. Not sure which one was the culprit for these problems but for the next print I will try just using ChiTuBox for the whole workflow and see how it goes.

An entire section of one object seems to have “slid” sideways? Supports and all.
It’s not affected the other object on the bed, and after the mess, carried on normally.
Any ideas why?

20hr print so not entirely happy.

And so it starts so if I gauge this against setting up and using the filament 3D printer for the first time this photon was 90% faster to set up leveling the bed is almost the same as a filament printer but the steps are so many fewer and it's so much easier. If you already understood how to use this printer it would take you no more than 15 minutes to pull it out of the box set it up and start your first print.
Now I'm new to printing so don't take my word as gospel but at the rate of printing that a resin printer can do I can see why they're highly valued.
And just like every tool has its job I just don't think in my field I would own just a resin printer, I would have to use it in concert with a filament printer. And by the time I'm done it will go into CNC and laser engraving as I can put all four of those together for one project probably many times over.

Good evening. I am a new owner of a photon 3d printer. And I’m already experiencing issues that are making me regret the purchase but I will stick with it and try to trouble shoot these issues.

I have yet to print anything, because I hit an obstacle this morning. After building a curing chamber and preparing the stl files. I go to load the files and the unit became unresponsive. If I were to press the move z axis button nothing would work. If I tried to hit home nothing would work, also when the usb in plugged it acts as if it’s low on memory. What I mean is it laggin for lack of a better term. Also when I first got the usb stick the text files were not present nor could I view them when plugging into my computer (pc) anycubic has yet to return my email.

Any idea what I can do or what the problem is
