I'm changing my FEP for the first time tonight. I'm pretty confident in the process, but I'm wondering...

So, the official Anycubic FEP is .15 mm. The FEP I ordered is .20 mm. Should I re-level, or is it going to be ok? Thanks!

Is there anything like a brim setting in ChiTuBox? Or are brims more of a filament print thing?

What are these strange stripes between layers? Produced by old photon (white) and new photon S (grey).
How to get rid of them? Looks like a driver glitch, or slicer mistake.....
Every "stair" duplicates previous layer.

Everything is perfectly calibrated, there are no backlash anywhere. Axis revised recently.
90⁰ prints perfectly, without wobbling

I finished a print, removed the parts and then promptly walked outside into the sunlight carrying the residue covered build plate. Thankfully it scraped right off, but that was dumb. ?

What types of things should I be looking at for fails like This. I bought a new vat so I can print terrain with the old beat up one detailed minis with the new one. Both are tuned. this is what I seem to get out of the new one while my old beat-up one prints great. I can barely hear the peeling off the old one while the new one was putting a lot of force on this model. Regardless I'd seen feels like this before and I'm not sure what causes it. I can see we're the peeling force made some of the heavy supports on the base fail. But I don't see any of the actual model failing to cause the sheets of resin to cure on the FEP. This is a very thin model I'm not sure if I just needed to support it more, I printed very thick and heavy models not being hollow and had less issues with peeling Force then with something this size.

I'm having some problems with the print coming off of the support as well as the bottom most corner not printing. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

As one of my last prints on the Anycubic Photon Classic I had to push the limits for the printer and the Harzlabs resin.

0,6mm thick try-in before laser sintering the CAD:ed core for this 12 unit TISP.

# Harzlabs Dental Sand A3 (50um, 11s per layer).

Amazing!

I don't know if it has already been done but here is the R_E_R_F file prepared to test resin from 13 seconds to 20 seconds of exposure time.

!It only works with photon_s printers that have been upgraded to the latest firmware!

i tested with the anycubic grey resin and found that 16-17 seconds was the best for 0.05 layer print (room temp was 18°C).

Feel free to use or share to reddit/thingiverse or wherever you want.
