What is a good replacement for the lcd screen? Mine got dead pixels within a month of use. I'm talking to anycubic to see if its covered but I'd rather find a good replacement that lasts a few months to a year

Since I upped the bottom exposure time in ChiTuBox up to 70 seconds, I have one successful print of my recreation of the Estes PNC5v (aka: Mosquito nose-cone) and one quirky failure. The quirky failure is that the nose fell off the plate halfway through the print and ended up with a flat front tip. What does anybody make of that and any suggest fixes?

Hello

I'm thinking of buying an ultrasonic cleaner so I can remove the resin from my impressions. I have been looking around different sites and there are some pages that do not recommend me to put isoporpylic alcohol in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. What other cleaners do you recommend I put on?

The resin I'm going to use is Anycubic's ECO UV RESIN.

Printed this 40mm square with beveled edges. Noticed a very different finish on this circle part. The part also has a lot of bowing. I think only this circle stayed firmly on the build plate and that’s why my corners are all droopy.

I ordered a UV laserpointer from AliExpress. It arrived today. Planning on using it for resin glueing/ welding.

I tried it with QC grey and get a penetration of about 1.5mm through a 4mm drop of resin.

Hello!
I've got three problems with my photon printer (I must add, it's an older version, with blue glasses). Slicer: chiTu box:
Dramatically long exposure times needed (I've tried 0,05mm layers) - for Monocure Rapid clear the results from the exposure tests were 50-60s, in comparison to 11-12s that is recommended by its users. That causes that most prints require over a day to print out, which is ridiculous ;/ Z-wobble (?) and squeezing the bottom parts of prints - the cube is like "cut" in the bottom, also when I add 5mm offset from buildplate for supports - its like 2-3mm high. Also prints has small "scars" on them in z-axis. Bad surfaces over the supports - especially with flat, big surfaces, it seems like the resin has trapped there on the top of the print, and hardened there during the whole printing process. Obviously it looks better for prints tilted by 45 degrees, but not perfectly at all.
The things I've already done: plastic cover for all the windows in photon plenty of re-levelling bed, trying to print with tight fit of piece of paper, and quite a loose fit checking it with dry runs - piece of paper moved easier after first few layers re-tightened z-rod cleaned the brass nut on the z-rod and changed the grease on the z-rod changed lifting distance to 40 mm and 60mm for the bottom - it hasn't seem to make any difference
