POST-PROCESSING

I am about to finish my second print and need some general advice on the post-processing. I am using the standard green Anycubic resin and on my first print I had some white areas that I would like to get rid off on all future prints.
How long should I leave the print in Isopropyl Alcohol (99%)?
How long should it stay in soap water?
How long do you usually leave it to dry before starting to cure?
How long should it cure? I am using the IKEA based curing station with a led strip that has 300 lights with 395-400nm.

Any advice is highly appreciated ?

Can anyone give me tips for printing multiple minis at the same time? I've gotten two failures like this so far for things that I believe are otherwise well-supported. I know it has something to do with where on the FEP the suction is the strongest, but I don't know where to go from here and haven't found much on Google. Thanks!

Edit: I know it's leveled, and this failure only happens when I try to print multiple minis at a time. I don't have a problem doing one at a time, anywhere on the plate.

Hi,

the prints with my Photon were nearly all perfect. Nice walls, beautiful details, better than a print by a Form2.

I print bodies of tram models in H0 scale.

But then something happened and I don´t know what it was.

Now the prints a bad, you can see wave structures on the side of a print..

I´ve greased the z axle, but without any result.

Yesterday I´ve printed a model that I printed several month ago with the same file, but the result was horrible :-(

At the moment I don´t know what to do more. When I push or pull at the print plate it doesn´t move.

Is my Photon damaged?

Please take a look at the pictures so see the differences.

I hope anybody can help me.

As per the example of some of the other Photonsters, I made myself a little curing box.

4m of 405nm UV led strip, some soldering, mirror foil and a 25x25 Lixhult Ikea box.

Loving it so far!

Looking at ordering some new resin that has minimum temp requirement of 25° C (siraya tenacious)

So would pre-warming the resin then having room temp ambient at closer to 20 be alright. Or do I need to leave the more of the crazy-hacky solution to it warm inside the printer?
