Thinking about getting an ultrasonic cleaner. Kind of tired of the pickle jars and the clutter. Been using the Mean Green cleaner for about 2 weeks and have found it to work well and less smelly than IPA. Couple of questions...
1) Is the 2L versions large enough for the size of the Photon prints? Been back and forth with 2L or 3L.
2) Do you leave the liquid in the cleaner all the time?
3) How many prints do you use it before replacing the cleaning fluid?
4) How do you get rid of the resin infused cleaning liquid?

Hey guys ! I got some elegoo grey resin after failed attempts with anycubic and was working and it’s working great for small parts but on bigger parts I’m getting this wired deformation and artifacts like the ones on the pictures.
I’m running at 0.02 with 10sec of exposure 65sec bottom layers 8 .

Any idea what this can be ?

OK so this has probably been discussed numerous times but.. Glueing minis printed on the photon in parts.. Help. I have tried super glue and 2 part epoxy etc and sanded parts so they key together but nothing so far works great and parts either fall apart or snap off easily. Any advice, recommendations or products you use would be appreciated

Grrrrr I keep having problems. Last print was semi perfect. ND didn't do anything to the z plate. Would this be from leveling ? I did just reset the settings to default right b4 the print don't ask me why, I always have to mess w shit for some reason lol

Thanks for the add. Been struggling with my Photon just a few days in and have already found some great info in the posts here that will help as that I continue to work through the print failures. I was able to level and print the test print in my first try and I felt like I was set. I keep hearing that leveling is the key and once you've got a good level locked in you should see some degree of success. I assumed that after 1 good solid test print I would have had an easier time, but it's been rough. I assumed it was something with my slicing in chitubox, but I already knew about rafts and supports and printing at 45 degrees. Looks like we'd get through just the few layers of the raft and then nothing. I've re-leveled using the Flint Read method and I also tested UV exposure. Checked/tested the tautness of the FEP. I looks to me like a build plate adhesion issue, but the first print was fine! I've heard USB issues. What are the implications of using the stock USB and it failing? Every print after the first regardless of slicing, level, exposure times and I just get a few layers in the vat. Anything else I'm missing here?
