If i create a hollow design in fusion, then import it into a slicer to add supports and angle the design etc etc will it auto detect that its hollow still?

ok this is probably a stupid newbee question but do the prints need to be directly exposed to sunlight or can i put the at a window I put a batch of D&D minis on my porch and left them to cure and when I came back they were gone I'm pretty sure the neighbor's kid got them but no proof and its not worth kicking that hornets nest for

Taking the dive into buying the photon and was looking at whats best uv light/unit and ultra sonic cleaner to get, not wanting to spend hundreds on these and needs to be uk based if poss :)
