I think I made him too hollow and the back of his head got sucked in

Also a little plate lifting but I know there is a way to fix that.

Using anycubic clear and the first few layers don't want to print properly and stick to support material, stand and aircraft were printed separately, bed was zeroed and level, only modification is a milled bed

Hello everyone! Any idea what might cause an error like this? I’ve printed the same pieces with the exact same settings, but this is new to me. Had to change the FEP recently, but that’s the only new variable here.

I'm assuming this is due to a rookie move, but I was printing this piece with admittedly high settings (.02, x8 AA). More than I need, no doubt.

26 hours in, it fails. No errors given, so I'm assuming this is a USB error as the file was ~1.5 GB and I was using the stock USB.

The question is: what's the best way to save it? I'm reprinting the remaining portion now, with a mm or so of overlap so that I can sand it flush. There will undoubtedly still be a seam. Do I try to fill it with a bit of resin prior to curing? Sand it down flush? What's worked for you all?

Changing my fep, and I found one of these screws are stripped. What do you think the chances are that it's going to leak if I omit one? I don't have a spare.
