Hey guys, I need a bit of help here.
I've been practicing printing some models at work (I work at a dental lab), and I have been noticing some issues with the prints...

Prints looks decent enough, but I always get what it looks like some excess layers cured ate the bottom of the prints, and it's clearly not part of the model.

Any ideas of what is causing this? Could it be my settings? I'm using the Anycubic white resin btw.
I'll really appreciate any help you could give me.

After reading the FAQ and watching all the videos last night along with some research elsewhere, some follow up noob questions as I await delivery on Thursday...

1. Since you have to use a lot of IPA to make a bath to clean your prints, it would seem that you'd go through a lot of it. Can you reuse it? I saw a 3 vat system where you dip it in all 3, and I've also seen people mention they cure it in the sun and then filter it and reuse.

2. Orientation - I saw recommendations that angled prints get better results. However, if I'm printing minis with a base or dice, would it make sense to print right to the bed since they have a flat surface? See attached images below to get an idea of what I'm printing.

3. I thought I read that curing in the sun takes a long time, however some places said only a few minutes...obviously I know this is variable, but which is closer to average?
