Hello Makers,

Few weeks with the Photon Classic and still learning... Not all perfect, few failed but still happy ;)

I tried the Anycubic Yellow Clear resin and I wonder if after cleaning and cured there is a way to have the glossy effect (bright / translucent) back ?

I mean to retrieve the same texture on the model when it's just printed :)

Anyway, they will be primer/paint but... when it's printed, it's so cute !

Hi guys, looking for some flex resin help! ?‍?

I've been attempting to print small parts with a 50/50 mix of Anycubic Skin and Monocure Flex 100... but I have been noticing that in the time of say a 5 hour print, the resin seems to have separated as you can clearly see the flex displaced on-top and the skin below.

The prints themselves are coming out with a small amount of extra flex / less shatter prone, but seemingly not as they should be due to the separation of the resins.

Am I doing something wrong? Anyone had a similar issue?

It's a little hard to tell from the photo due to the suspension being clear, but it is there.

When I print an object directly onto the platform, I end up with a very distinct 'elephants foot'. What settings should I be playing with to eliminate this? Z too high? Z too low? First layer exposure times too high?

Hi guys,

I've had a couple of fails in a row so I re-levelled the bed again,

I pushed home, set it so the paper can be pulled out but not pushed back in. I set z=0.

I've noticed now that when I press home it isn't gripping the paper any more. Is this intentional so it doesn't break the clear sheet, or have I got a problem?

Also is the general consensus I should upgrade my firmware?

So had an odd issue yesterday.... frame shearing, not had it before but was on the latest anycubic fw..... tried to print in multiple ways but always same errors....once id regressed back to 4.0.11 the print was flawless again...

Anyone else having the same issues goto the photonsters.org site and try the fw i mention

So I know it’s possibly a bit odd asking about this on this group but you seem like such a helpful bunch I don’t think anyone will mind!! What are people’s thoughts on this? Any big reason *not* to jump on it?
