Is it possible that a print sticks to the fep because the rafts are too small? I'm asking as apparently I'm still failing to print a small wheel for a 1:100 armoured car (managed to print seven, cannot do the eight, go figure...), and the previous attempt stuck to the fep as well isntead of the build plate.

I upped the layer exposure to 10s, 10 bottom layers with 50s exposure each, and for the first ~15 or so layers I've heard a really loud 'pop' from the fep. I know it's healthy, but haven't heard it before, and did not have much issues with printing stuff.

Ok - the last week I’ve been having strange issues with my prints failing in different ways. I had finished my original green bottle and moved on to anycubic grey. I got one good print from it and now I’m getting fail after fail.

Relabeled my build plate before this print. Checked the UV LED for over 11 seconds and no flickers. I’m picking up a new USB today - although I haven’t been using the anycubic one at all. Up to this point I’ve been using a cheap extra I had.
I’m looking to reinstall the slicer / both the anycubic one and another I have tried.

I’m trying to think about whatever else I can try to get things working again.

Planning to do a new FEP ... and trying different resin (I have another bottle of anycubic green or maroon)

The settings for the photo failed print was from a shared google sheet for the anycubic Reddit group.

Help? Ideas? Tips?

going to try and print a WW2 ship in 1:56 scale. This thing is huge, and will use a lot of resin, so I'd like to know peoples opinion before I start actually printing it!
Attached are the pieces and how i'll print them. the orientation is 90degrees to the printing bed so it isn't optimal, but it's the only way to make this thing fit.
Would it print?

Now the weather has changed with the general temperature now 15 degrees lower than when I first did the calibration test. Would it be worth redoing the test with the lower room temperature?
