Warning got aqua blue through amazon. You will get black every time.
Purchased 1st one and resin bottle is black with aqua blue sticker on box. Sent back and amazon sent another. They placed the bottle i had purchased into a different box. I mark my bottles with date first used which is when i saw it read black. Bought a another aqua blue wishing for the best. Black resin again with aqua blue sticker placed ontop of black sticker on box

Hard to see but you can read black on the bottom sticker

Edit: this bottle was pre opended and used. What is inside is diluted with water up to 2/3rds full. Sad this is happening

So I’m trying to replicate these slider/fader caps as close as possible, and I’ve got the 3D design fairly close. The teal ones are my prototypes, and I hope to be able to replicate all the colors. I printed the teal prototypes on my Ender 3, and tried a paint pen to get the black line but it’s too sloppy. Would a Photon + some sort of paint be what I’m looking for? I know it’d get rid of the layer lines, but how would y’all go about this?

Melting/Plastic temperature of cured resin (elegoo)?

Sorry, just clarify... I've got a cured resin model that I have painted. I want to experiment with heat curing the paint in an oven. I want to know upto what temperature will the resin part stand?

Printed in Siraya Blu at .5 layer height. It could’ve used more support but the parts that warped from that will never be seen, the engravings turned out pretty great still

Anti Aliasing test run.

Same exact part, I am pretty sure same settings, though I have not used CHTB much, so I could be off.

First things first, Layer at .075. I slice with the Photon slicer. Original file was 58MB. Photo #1. You can see the aliasing effect near the curves.

Photo #2 is the same part, same orientaion, AA was set to 8. Sliced with Chitu. File was 478mb..... Photo #2. There is some ringing, but Im sure that is machine related, I have one that has this issue from time to time depending on part orientation.

Result is I am impressed. Other than the file size being so massive, I think its a success, you can visibly see a difference in what I call a scaling effect on the Z axis.

Need advice on removing supports and cleaning up the model. I did the search, found videos, etc, but somehow their prints don't look like mine... Here is a miniature I'm testing on, the supports are from Chitubox but Meshmixer and Anycobic slicer give similar results. Most supports come off very easily, they just snap off but they leave these dimples on the model. In some places where I have to snip them off, I get this whitish mark on the model. If it was an FDM print I would just touch it up with a hot metal smoothing tool. What do I do here?
