I've been having problems with keeping my build plate level. When I tried to disassemble it, I found that months of resin had built up over the hex screws, making them impossible to unscrew. I've soaked it in heated IPA for over a week now to no avail.

1) Is there anywhere I can buy a replacement build plate assembly? I've looked online but it seems every place is sold out.

2) Failing that, is there any other way to dissolve the hardened resin on these screws?

Looking at the Photonsters github, I saw there is a new firmware listed (same for anycubic official site). The filename looks to be dated 18 Mar 2019. Does anyone have an idea what has changed and whether this is a truly stable firmware update?

Any ideas as to why this keeps removing half of itself from the print bed? I’m using 90% Flex100 mixed with 10% Rapid Black and 8 drops of CMYK pigments. Settings are 26 sec exposure per layer, 12 base layers at 120 sec exposure, 0.05 layer height. One side prints perfectly, the other side doesn’t stick to the build plate. More base layers perhaps?

Finally finished modding my Z axis to linear rails. And the large visible layer lines are gone, but some layer lines still exist. I wonder if there‘s room for further improvement.

Print question. See pics, as you can see the top of this ship printed perfectly. This surface faced away from the build plate. The bottom is very rough and fluid looking. It faces the build plate and has supports on it. Any ideas how to improve this?
