Second successful print, this time something a little bigger. I learned a lot about hollowing a model and adding vent holes, its all starting to make sense now. A little bit of resin did get trapped inside but nothing major. Starting to understand model orientation a little better too, its all clever stuff. Printed at 0.1mm as a test and a quick coat of lacquer.

Good morning friends. I have a problem I am sure someone here in the group can help me with. My Photon has been printing well with no problems. The fep was starting to get cloudy and had a couple little spots with indentations. So I am going to change the fep in that vat. In the meantime I have a spare brand new vat so I put that in with some resin. I ran a file and all the miniatures minus three printed perfectly. The three that did not print had about a millimeter of the base print and stick to the fep but that was all. Nothing else of those 3 minis printed. I thought it was maybe a bad sliced file so I made a new one and tried it over night again. The same thing has happened in the same area. The base starts to print on the 3 minis in that area then nothing at all. The rest of the minis on the build plate printed fine. The obvious change is the vat but what could cause this to happen? I don't understand why it would start to print the minis but then stop and everything else prints perfectly. What do you guys think could be the issue?

Hi, I'm still trying to find why my print sticks to the FEP instead of the plate.

Do you know if it's normal that when I setup the zeroing and then when I hit "home", there is a 1mm space between the 2 positions ?

I mean, i set the 0 to block the paper (can tear but not push back), but then after I get back to "home", I can easily remove paper like there is a 1mm gap.

Also, I tried everything that you guys suggested me :
- VAT is leveled
- buildplate is leveled and tighten
- added tape on screen borders
- checked the FEP (it sounds like a drum), but here I couldn't measure precisly with app "Easy Tension" on android :s
- waited a bit after the resin shake before printing

what's the best source for resin if buying bulk (10-30 liters at a time) and is there a resin that doesn't melt below 250-300 degrees when cured?

Alright so I'm running into a little problem. I just recently printed the cube and it looks great so I know that there's nothing wrong with my printer. I'm trying to print four of these motorcycles in 1/64 scale (2nd pic) but as you can see they turned out not to have printed with wheels, and one even misses the whole freaking front end. But I know my printer is more than able to handle it because the Harley which I printed individually (3rd pic) came out looking perfectly fine! It doesn't even miss a spoke! All prints were printed with the green resin from Anycubic and the standard settings (4th pic) and the four motorcycles that were printed at the same time were not connected and I spread them over the build plate in the Slicer. Could there perhaps be something wrong with my settings, or did something go wrong in the slicing process? Any suggestions on what I could try to still make a succesful print of four motorcycles at the same time? Thank you.
