I'm curious if anyone else has the same experience as me with the resin smell from this printer.

My printer is in my basement, and since I have forced-air heating the smell was distributed all over my house. The first day I was running the printer both my wife and I were feeling very queasy and the resin smell was very obvious. I thought I was in trouble because we were both obviously having a strong reaction to it...however, the next day the smell seemed less noticeable, and the next day after that even less, and now after two weeks printing constantly neither of us notice the smell at all.

I'm not sure if we have just gotten used to the smell somehow or if it was just some initial smell off the machine. I'm a bit worried that we're both saturated in the odour at this point and just can't smell it. Anyone else experience a strong reaction at first and then notice it go away?

So I went to add some files to a usb, put them back in the drive and now this is all that’s showing, on my laptop it’s showing fine, happening with all usbs.

Tried turning on/off, hard power cycle anything else I should try before dealing with support?

Having real trouble with the black resin.

I keep getting failed prints, the supports all print and then the parts sometimes partially print and sometimes dont print at all.

White and green prints fine usually, any insight?

All anycubic resins btw.

I have not tried to print anything with moving parts on my Photon yet. Is it even a good idea? Dropping a link for something I’d like to try. I would want to print it all as one item. I’ve done it on my FDM machine but would like to see the results on the Photon.

eSun general purpose black. .05 layers, 12 seconds. 8 bottom layers at 45 seconds. Printed directly to build plate. Crispy. Fairly low odor, a bit sweet. Reminds me a little of erasable pen ink.

So I’m waiting the arrival of my photon I got to thinking. Is it bad to have it in the basement where the temperature can change from winter to summer? Winter is warm and summer is cold!

So I failed on my first "self sliced" print. Is there anything obvious that would cause this to fail? Using the AnyCubic resin that came with the printer, copied the exposure times from the photon slicer to ChiTuBox.
