I had lots of almost empty bottles of resin so I decided to mix them all together and got this result. Mix included monocure rapid white, clear & black, dragon resin grey & anycubic green.

I started using chitu box. I just did a print with 9 figurines and there was some weird artifacts that came out too. Luckily the artifacts were on the supports only. How do I resolve this in the future?

Ladies & Gents

I was very pleased to resume printing today. My new ersatz fume cupboard worked a treat and kept the smell down. On that count I was well pleased.

However the print results were rubbish. The base looks as if it has pulled from the plate and many of the models have "flash" around them

I am looking for some advice please

Thanks

Hi, first experience with resin printing tonight, & couldn't be more happy with the result then, but some question, 1st pic, appear some like sticky between fep & the glass, then 2nd pic, i saw like kind of mark from the last layer on the fep, are both is normal? and then, it look any layer/pixel at the x Axis of the object (3rd pic), and comparing with another side (4th pic, sorry for crappy photo) its pretty decent, at least for me, but can i still get better result?
Last, in the last part of printing, about 60% and up, i heard something like pop out when the z Axis goes up, i thought it was the sunction, but then its still done well, what the sound it came from?
# sorry for my grammar, English is not my mother language ?

New user with some questions about after print maintenance. So do you need to drain and filter the vat after every print or if you wont be using it a while? What would say is your after print routine?

Where and what supplies is everyone using? Where are you ordering them from in terms of replacement? Amazon? Anycubic directly?

I had some resin in the vat and instead of cleaning it the proper way almost put my fingers through the FEP plastic film, warping the plastic.

To put in a new sheet, I see you need a hole puncher for example, more plastic, etc...

Sound like a messed up the bed levelling while cleaning the cured resin from the build plate. Am I correct?

Looks like Anycubic has a new firmware up for the Photon but they don't have any info on what it is?

I've bought couple of https://www.smooth-on.com/products/so-strong/ long time ago and i couldn't even use the %5 of them because it takes only 1 to 3 drops for a liter of epoxy.
So i've been thinking adding them into resin for printing.
Anyone tried these or something similar to this kind of products ? I've been adding food colors and they work fine but this one is more gooey when compared.
