Hi guys,
New to resin printing and i have some support issues...
My last 4 prints are falling off the supports straight into the vat.

It's during prints like these that I'm glad the photon is in my life. 35 pieces of Tiny Trex keychains, printed with monocure rapid blue. Would've taken ages to print not to mention post processing on an fdm..!

Spent about 140ml of resin, took 6 hours x 5 runs to get them all printed. 7 copies per run.

If there is anyone here involved in the development of the Photon File Validator I have a request. A box select FILL or CLEAR all pixels within selection instead of/as an alternative to switching them from on to off and vice versa. It would cut down on SO much re-work chasing pixels that have been switched by accident!

Hard to see in the photo, but whenever I print miniatures I always get a chubby neck hanging down from the chin, instead of the slender neck and tight chin that I expect from the digital model. Can anyone shed any light on why that might be?

I print the models at 30° leaning backward. Using Monocure Rapid Clear. Swished around in 99% IPA for about 2 minutes before curing. In case those details help. :)

This industry needs standard exposures data, like ISO for film. Printers have exposure time in seconds but it needs to be relative to light output. And same with post curing, which needs flux and time.
And then resin should come with a charge that shows these units and a curve with strength vs whatever these units are.

Units for post-cure could be uEinstein /cm^2/min. An Einstein is one mole of photons.
