Is anybody printing with resins from Wanhao, Zortrax, Prima, Liqcreate or Photocentric and can recommend one brand? Those are the resins my prefered dealer sells and I can't decide... I'm especially interested in Prima because they say it wouldn't smell that bad.

So the model on Thingiverse for this plasma turret is pristine. I'm fairly new with the DLP but thought it could capture the details in model. I've got my Z=0 calibrated against the UV screen and the function works great. Any ideas on why it would look like this in comparison to the model? Maybe exposure time?

Looking for opinions on anycubic grey resin( and or black )? I've read a few reviews that seem somewhat 50/50 with the negatives stating it's too mushy, too watery, etc. I don't really like priming my prints unless I'm painting them and i can't really stand the translucent green.

Hey guys, I know this is not strictly photon talk but something worth sharing especially for guys that want transparent prints and want to get rid of the slight imperfections. This is a "transparent" print of P38 canopy. With Anycubic i3 Mega using clear ABS filament. Results out of the printer you can see is the milky like totally opaque result. However after intiiall polishing of the windows with 300/800/1600/3000 grit I applied the XTC-3D finishing resin and as you can see it filled all the imperfections nicely creating nice transparent windows. I will bugg it a bit more after it cures and maybe apply a second layer but result is acceptable :)

I finally tried the Monocure Flex100. Mixed it with Anycubic Green with a ratio of Anycubic 65: Flex 35.
Used the regular settings and the minis came out perfect. Did some bending tests and the only one I broke was because I overcured the mini (I guess?). I dropped some of the models several times from table height to test the durability and they are still intact with no detail loss.
Now that I have to prime and paint the minis I'm a little concerned: will the primer and paint cause the model not to be flexible anymore and/or scrap the paint when it falls?
