Hi everyone!
Something is up with my photon. Seems that after leveling the bed, (Flint Read Method). When I go to print, the photon beeps after every exposure level, and after a few times of this, it resets.

I assume that the beeping means its bouncing off the bottom of the tank, and then stops printing/resets to prevent damage. I have reset the level several times, but still getting the same issue. Any ideas on whats happening and how to fix it?

Has anyone had much experience with anycubic customer service? A month and a bit ago my screen stopped working, and we have finally worked out it's the motherboard. I have a card i got with the purchase that says it is under warranty for a year, but customer service says it's only 3 months?

Anyone else use the wanhao washable resin? I'm having a weird experience with it right now. I managed to print some stuff with it and left it in the sun to cure. But it still has a bit of a sticky surface after a day in the tropical sun so I tried putting it in water to cure since I've read that helps sometimes.

The weird part is that after a few hours in the water, I took them out to see how they were and they were soft, like just taken out of the machine kind of softness. Somehow it regressed in curing? Putting them back in the sun to see how it goes but anyone else experience this?

My fan started to make some grinding noices on startup. I had the same problem with fans on my other printers, and that usally was a sign that it was time to get a new fan.. What fan should i replace it with? And is it hard to replace?
