Ok so I'm sure this is a leveling issue. But I've releveled (or at least thought I did lol) in-between every print for the last 4 print, changed the fep and have had the same problem with different files. Any ideas

Hi group. After not using my photon for about 2 weeks, after it working well the first few prints it's not turning on. The cord is in and the converter light (blue) comes on, but the machine doesn't at all. Anyone have this problem?

This morning I go and plug it back in to see if it would turn on and it did. I noticed that I had 2 led lights and a Mac laptop charger plugged into the same power strip. I do remember feeling the charger was hot when the machine didn't turn on. Would that be a problem?

So, I unplugged the charger and turned on the unit again and it came on. There was a message reading "Memory error code: M_101000. Please try to replug the USB disc and continue printing." Now looking to make sure all was right, I tapped the print button to see if my files were still on the original flash drive and they are all gone. Even the print test file and factory files? It's empty. When having the power issue the drive was still plugged in the whole time.

Curious to see if anyone has advice on this. Also, how do I regain lost files? Thanks ahead of time. :)

Okay so got everything working, was great. Ran out of the transparent green resin that came with the printer, switched to a bottle of Maroon uv resin (same stuff, Photon brand) and it worked for 2 prints but now its not sticking to the plate. I have changed the settings to match whats on the bottle to no effect. Any ideas?

I hate those little sunken hex screws in the FEP frame. Punctured the FEP and can't replace it because those tiny screws seem to have rounded out in seconds. The screw driver that anycubic supplied is useless (and why in gods name is it so long?). Does anyone have tips for me? Or do I have to get the drill out? :(

I’m at my wits end when dealing with this problem and anycubic support seems completely clueless. The problem comes and goes, normally frustratingly disappearing once I’ve opened the machine up. Switching power outlet snapped it out of it last night (but not today) and unplugging and replugging the internal usb has temporarily fixed it. The fan has also started sounding rather bad, although this is more recent..

Pulling my hair out! Any ideas?

So first major fail. Any idea what the fault is.

With my limited knowledge I would say it's either:

Firmware

Screen

FEP

Bad Luck

When I look closer at the model it looks like the pieces are supports that have broken off and then squished itself.Did I have to many supports?

When I do the screen test it looks ok,

Firmware is 4.2.3,

The Fep is a bit wobbly/wavy in one part, but I've done other prints ok and it's still taught,

Something I've noticed with the Resin I use Wanhao Water Washable Grey (and no I do not flush the water down the drain I handle it the exact same way I would IPA) is that the resin and the pigment(?) separate themselves if the sit, even during printing is this something I need to worry about?

EDIT: There was also some stuck resin on the bottom, and this is why I think some supports broke of, it could just be that I missed and island. I am pretty sure I got the all though.
