Has anyone had any success using Photon Workshop to convert a .photon file to a .pws file?

Just tried it a couple of times and it spits out a 144byte .pws that crashes Photon Workshop when you try to open it.

Today some really strange lines appeared on my print. I turned out to be a slicing issue in Chitubox. Even though the sliced full image looks good, when you go through it layer by layer you see the lines. Anyone knows why these are caused during slicing? Is it because of my STL file?

"Frame shearing" or something else. Here is what I have done,
1) tried every build from the one support sent me, to 4.2.19, to 4.2.18, hollowed my models in meshmixer, changed the FEP, tightened to FEP. I am getting prints with minimal "frame shearing" but I am left with a mess at the bottom of the vat even when I think in reality it should not have printed with that blob of solid resin at the bottom. The pic of the vat is just 10% into a print, it builds up more aver a full print.

I'm still bouncing back from slicer to slicer, photon, chitubox and z-suit.
Z-suit is actually awesome but they need to fix couple of issues. Their supports are really really good but dialing exact same printer settings ( taken from photon slicer ) but it fails on random locations on print bed.
Photon slicer is also okay but when it is a complicated model, supports goes through the model and I don't want that.
So i'm back to Chitubox, while printing miniatures or statues etc. what kind of supports you get best results with ? My only problem with chitubox is their supports. Still couldn't find a good one that I could use most of the time.

What could cause this distortion on the edges? I printed these at 30 degrees with standard supports in Chitubox. In both prints it is at the nearest point to the plate, where the supports are the shortest.
