Had my photon 2days and printed 30 minis so far with 3 failures. They all stuck to the fep not the plate. Dont think thats 2 bad. Theyve been super hard to get of the plate so what tricks does everyone have for getting print off the plate?

1st image is what it looks like in ChiTuBox
2nd Image is what it looked like printed out.

Now I just replaced my Motherboard have done nothing else but replace it no upgrades or anything (Photon-S)

It's meant to be around 4mm thick the print is around 10mm thick the whole thing looks "stretched" as if elongated.

Any help please, also whoever asked for the old motherboard I will get it working and then we can talk :)

Okay, so I tried my first real mini print after some calibration, and it came out super stretched. Or rather, I think the height is fine along the Z, but the X and Y look off. Did some digging and it seems like ChiTuBox didn't have the correct build volume to start, so I changed it to match that of Photon Slicer, 68.04 x 120.96 x 150.

That didn't really make sense to me, coming from the FDM side of things where that will just cause the outside edges to get cut off, but I guess if the pixel resolution of the LCD remains the same, it changes the DPI of the X/Y dimensions and that affects how the print comes out in those dimensions, ya?
