So, I would very much appreciate your help figuring out what's wrong with my prints. When printing several pieces at once, some of my prints look amazing but others printed in the same run have some very prominent layer lines. The prints in the photos were all printed at the same time, and you can definitely see a huge difference between them. Same supports were used for each copy. I'm using Anycubic's Dental Castable green resin, print settings in the photos as well. Thank you so much!

So I bought a Photon a few weeks ago on the amazon flash sale. I finally got the time to get to play with it today. I set it up and powered it on and it won’t do anything. It turns on and it recognizes the flash drive but I can’t get the z axis motor to move or the lcd exposure test to do anything. Did I just buy a $400 paperweight?

Had to change my FEP lately.
Since then only trouble.

Failed prints, means layers floating.
Realized that maybe a tensioned the FEP too much.
So loosened it.
Again failure, so tightened back 1/4 screw winding.
This afternoon heard somehow how the motor tried to wind up and couldnt. Quickly stopped the print.

No big print or a lot on buildplate.
Can it be still the FEP is too tight ?

Used the coke bottle cap.

Is there a way to measure the tension ?
Online tool, no app.
And if so what is the correct parameter ?

I know the problem is the tension as the plate is perfect flat and leveled.
Also the file is ok.
What prints looks fine as those pieces i printed before FEP-change.
