Any tips on how to stop this from happening? Prints stick to the plate, but never go past the supports.

Edit: after following the advice of you fine people, i finished a pretty darn nice print for the first time since the testprint on the usbstick! Love you all long time!! ? ? ?

Question:

Do you normally sand of the scars from supports first then do the final UV cure?

Or do you do the final cure then do post processing?

Has anyone found a way to increase the lift distance on the Anycubic Photon? The standard distance is ~5 mm IIRC of lift to release the resin from the FEP between layers. I'd like to increase the lift height dramatically for a highly flexible resin that I have in my possession. It's so stretchy that after printing about 25 mm, it'll stretch and stay stuck to the FEP. If I could increase the lift height more, I could get it to release. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

So this wasnt a completely failed print only one blade failed but there was a substantial loss of detail compared to other models I did in the stock green the machine came with. Anyone ordered from www.3dprintersonlinestore.com before?

I ordered my Photon S from them, and selected the US warehouse (I'm in Canada); But according to the tracking url I was provided, the printer departed from Germany, and is now marked as delivered in Denmark. Carrier is DPD

I'm wondering if this is just the package being handed over to a different carrier or what...?

I have a question regarding print size and supports. For example if you print something super tiny that at normal size would require supports. Do you have to put in microscopic supports or by that point is it so small that it can make up the difference and print fine anyway?

Reason I ask is I've been doing manual supports for some really small minis in B9 Creator, areas like the teeth and mouth where the supports end up so small I wonder if it makes a difference as the supports kinda fuse to the model in one big clump at that size anyway. By that point im using the head of a pin to try and pop them off / out.

So wondering if I can do away with those types of support and have things turn out fine at those kind of sizes.
