Hello everyone ! I have tried to print my jewelry model more 20 times ,,, 17 times had failed! What should I check for error or leveling problem ? Also, do you have suggest idea of slice setting adjustment for yellow resin !! . Anycubic resin .

Hi guys! How do you clean the reservoir in the exchange between resins? I was using a calcinable resin and I want to use a pattern now, but I realize that there was residue from resin underneath the aluminum that can not be cleaned, I have run paper several times and it continues to get dirty because of the build up in the corners ... Does the contact between resins can cause problems? Damaging the resins? Thank you!

Hey guys, I’ve *just* opened my Photon, and when I got to install step 3 it asked me to make sure the lcd screen is clear of dust. To my surprise it was shock full of dust and using a standard soft glasses wipe wouldn’t clean it. Some of those seem like scratches tbh. Should I panic, try some cleaner (IPA?) or just ignore and move on?

Edit: Problem solved, the dust was on the other side of the FEP. After following the hint below and removing the tank it was obvious. Phew :)

I know when a print is near the edge, the bond isn't as good. Is there any way to improve the 'stick' to it with prints near the edge?
I'm using Anycubic Grey with a large print.

I’m guessing resin goes off. I tried using some wanhao grey tonight that was opened about 9 months ago. It was almost clear green. Anyway print failed. It had the start of the print stuck to the bed and some stuck to the FEP.

Am I right the resin is past its best?

I am really disappointed with photon accuracy. I find .2 to 0.8 mm error in all x,y and z axis, even before curing. I tried 2 different resins, different exposure timing, two different slicer software, and even tried different orientations for the same object! 3dhubs.com SLA prints was always accurate I wondering if it is a common error in DLP's or it is just my photon.

EDIT 2: Somehow the x-y size of the printer was wrong in Chitubox... make sure you all check the machine size in the slicer! :-\

EDIT: welp something messed up.. I think xy resolution is way off. Everything is about as tall as expected, but very skinny... Ideas? I'm gonna poke around in the slicer options now..

Chitubox generated .photon file is showing up really oddly in 3D view in Validator... everything is super stretched out.. is this normal? Print is an hour from finishing and now I'm a little concerned...
