going to try my printer for setup and first print today. I have read a lot of horror stories. Has anyone just had one work out the box? I brought this because i heard it was very good and worked well. Now im feeling like i need to be a mechanical engineer just to get a little boat to print. Is this not really for me?

Anyone know why the supports just stopped printing in the middle?
I used a fresh download of Chitubox 1.3 to support and slice. Then I used Photon Validator to fix pixel islands. The USB stick I’m using is a name brand (Sandisk)

So I saw that there's been an update to the photon and I was wondering if anyone had a link to an upgrade kit. The main change that I've seen is that it tries to reduce/nullify the Z-axis wobble by adding linear rails along with the current single poll. Here's the AliExpress link if anyone wants to see it,

I am going to get some flex100 to mix with some other resin, what would be better, anycubic green, or Monoprice clear? Or something else entirely. I do minis and straight monoprice resin is too brittle for my liking.

Just decided to upgrade the usb and ran into a huge issue. I plug the usb into the photon before turning the machine on, and when going to do so- nothing happens. I immediately start to think the machine is broken and after tinkering around in back for a moment decided to pull the usb out so I didn’t hit it on anything while moving the machine around. After removing the usb and trying the power button once again it works fine. I go to add the new usb with the machine on and it goes unresponsive to touch. Has anyone else had any experience with this?
