Hi all, so what is the ideal angle to print with? Just did 45 degrees and it worked well, but clearly used alot of material for supports. What about say 20 degrees? Does this work as well? Or even 10?

Was wondering if someone can help me? I’m having problems printing the Anycubic Photon Lattice Cube test file. I’ve re-levelled the bed 3 times now and it’s still messed up the text bands inside the lattice cube every time.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here so any suggestions are welcome.

For a robotics project I’m working on I need special fasteners. This is a 6-32 set screw with a shaft on the end that acts as a hinge. The diameter of the shaft is .09in and is .125in deep, overall part length is .25in. What would be the best way to print this without putting supports into my threads?
