EDIT: Pictures added of the "print" plus some settings

Ok, another print another fail.

I've printed the cube okay so it must be working, but I came down this morning to a solid base, loads of supports and a sword (I'll post a picture later).

This time I used Chitubox, the Anycubic green that comes with it, settings from the sheet, heavy supports and added a couple myself and hollowed it to reduce weight.

This thing is bugging me now and it's on its last chance, half the bottle is gone and I've nothing to show but a test cube.

Could you guys help me with a few questions regarding the film please?

1. What causes permanent marks to develop on the FEP film?

After replacing the film, the first print on it succeeded, but had very loud peeling sounds, left permanent marks, and had a large layer of cured resin stuck to the bottom on two attempts. My film now has cloudy marks in the shape of the prints, and divots in the film itself.

2. How do I avoid marring the film when replacing it?

When replacing the film I used a bottlecap as in the video, but it left a small imperfection in the film that did not go away when tensioned.

3. What are the symptoms of a film that's too tight or too lose?

My factory film install seemed perfect, I didn't even tighten it when I got it. Now, as mentioned before, the peeling sounds are loud and it's marring easily. Does this mean my film is too tight or too loose?

Anyone tried printing fast? For instance, at 0.5 mm layer thickness? I'm trying it now. The build space is near full. What settings have you tired for low-res quick prints?
