Im amazed. Im printing a burger off for someone. Here we have a slice of Swiss cheese. The STL was created like an articulating style. Buy im just amazed that it printed it to an actual working moving object.

Also weird when it looks like your printing from a vat of milk

Ok Guys, I’ve joined this group because since i bought my photon in July I’ve been able to print only the Photon test cube and another thing.
Since then everything failed.

I’m running firmware 4.2.18
I’ve installed a new FEP and tensioned it at about 300Hz
The bed has been leveled just before this print using the paper method.
The insides of the level Plate have been cleaned, even though no resin has been up to this level.

The Print in the picture is the original file from the anycubic test file. I paused it about 1-2hours into the print to see how the print was looking. After I saw that on the picture I stopped the print...

I hope someone can help me to get this thing running.

Ok, I’ve read that ultrasonic clearers are better for cleaning prints other than straight IPA....any thoughts or suggestions?

Question for those of you who SELL prints. I sell prints at a small scale and right now have 2 printers with 2 more on the way. My question is how many printers do you run? I'm finding quickly that 2 just isn't enough to keep up with orders. The other side is the cleaning and curing time. Simple Green is leaving a nasty sticky residue, even in an ultrasonic cleaner, so I'm forced to hand scrub each print with IPA and a toothbrush, very labor/time intensive. Just looking for a little guidance from some of you with bigger scale operations. Help is appreciated and like always, if you don't have something helpful/constructive to say, please scroll on past.
