So, my prints come out fine, like every measurement is fine and all, but every morning when ill get this thing out of the printer the base is warped (when its freshly removed it looks like its sagging from the middle down).

Is this a problem or is this more like "sometimes its just like this"?

Question. Those of u printing out wheels, what orientation works best? Also, I'm doing 1:24 wheels, should I do rims and spokes separate or as whole wheel?

Problem:

It looks like print was OK until screen began to put light on the whole area. It happend to me a few times but still don't know why.

I bought new pendrive Sony 4gb, it has been formatted before downloading the file on it.

Where is the problem?

File?

Pendrive?

Pendrive reading?

Other?

Please help

So I wanted to test out firmwares and AA in chitu box and see the difference for myself and is it worth upgrading the FW.

Old FW was 4.2.12 and no AA set in chitu box. New FW is 4.2.18 and AA set to x8.

In my opinion it was well worth doing, the pictures only show a slight difference but in real life they do look more smooth.

Same exposure settings were used 0.05 @ 8sec. Same resin elegoo grey. Same stl file including supports.

Some supports broke but I was rough with cleaning and they are 0.15mm in diameter so often brake during cleaning.

Hope this helps some folks.

So I know this isn't a perfect setup by any stretch, but I've been looking for ways to remediate the smell. I print in a basement so low-effort ventilation has been a bit of a challenge. For anyone not wanting to put in the effort to build a proper fume cabinet, I'd recommend a grow tent! This thing works like a dream... no smell now!

Had my photon for a few months, but never actually done an exposure test :/
I know :(

So last night I ran the X3mSnake exposure test.

To be completely honest, I'm pretty lost with it.

I ran resin-test-50u.B100.2-20.photon and the result is the attached photo.
I followed the instructions, set my exposure, then printed the AmeraLabs Town test, but came out horrendously overexposed.
So despite following what I thought were idiotproof instructions, I still manage to mess up :(

I had 10 marked as the sweetspot.
So with that, I set the exposure to 20 for the AmeraLabs test, but as I say, horrendously overexposed.
When I set it to 20, I was thinking "Seems a bit high, but this bit of resin can't be wrong can it? I'll go along with that!"

After the first town test was over exposed I brought it down a bit. Reprinted. Oh. Nothing on the build plate at the end. Maybe I somehow had cured resin in the vat.
Cleaned the vat out, set it away again. Nope. Nothing on the build plate again.

Although, looking back at the X2MSnake test again, I definitely feel that I messed up.
Am I right in now thinking that 7 is the sweet spot on this test?

I'm lost :P
