Got my print/support issue solved! I changed my FEP, used the Photon print validator, and installed the fancy new more stable rail by Jackson Products. I think the results speak for themselves. Thanks again for the suggestions and help!

Ok, I need some input guys! I’m trying to figure out how to make printing 40k bases directly on the build plate work. Printing on an angle works fine, but takes 10x longer and 2x the resin, and requires sanding and cleanup. Printing directly on the build plate is dramatically faster and there’s no support mess to clean up, and no layer lines on top but the model always comes out squashed, about 1/3 thinner than it should be. Has anyone figured out what can be adjusted to make prints like this work directly on the plate?

I just got an anycubic and yesterday I got the print bed leveled and did my first test print and it came out great! I did see what looked like one of the base layers floating around in the resin vat though. Anyways every print after that prints were only sticking to half of the print bed. I cleaned it off and looked at it and it looks like there is a small gouge in the plate which is causing the print bed to not be completely leveled on one side. If I file it down do I need to seal it at all or is the exposed aluminum ok to be in the resin?

I have been trying out photogrammery. This an method where you take a lot of pictures and then the computer makes an 3d model from the pictures. The subject of my effort was an paper-mache sater made by my wife. It is hard to get the whole model correct. But I really like how the print came out.

Hi guys, having a small issue with trying to print two parts that need to fit together. the parts seem to be slightly squashed in the Z axis so the opening that is mean to be circular is coming out oval :( any idea what would cause it to do this ? would this happen if i was over or under curing my layers ? im using Elgoo grey with a 10 second normal exposure time. cheers,

Hello, on the back part of platform the resin is not stick to the platform and this looks like on photos below. What should I improve? Thanks in advance
The bottom exposure time is 80s,bottom layers 6.
The position of printer is horizontal to the floor according a spirit level.

Alguien que le pueda ayudar veo el vidrio de la pantalla en la máquina de impresión con una fisura de lado a lado, no sé si fue después de la impresión o después de limpiar el vidrio. Quisiera saber por que pudo suceder. Y si saben cómo se puede reparar o cambiar y si afecta la calidad de la impresión. Gracias de antemano por su ayuda.
