Does anyone else get a high pitched squeak from their printer while it prints the first several layers, even when moving up after tightening the ball from leveling? What can I do to avoid this? I think this is the cause of my build plate shifting during prints, as I hear it until the plate stops shifting.

Todays Plan.....
Run the Resin Exposure test. Run the Ameralabs test town run this model again.
I did some reading and watching some videos about supports and this is what I came up with. If you smart people see anything that wont work, please let me know.
This model is very small so it light supports only except for the base on the tilted one, those are heavy. 翻譯年糕

Oh the joy of my first successful print. What do they say, "third time is a charm". First pass the bed came up blank. Re-leveled. The second, I forgot to hollow out the model, however I did get 2 of 3 minis. Third run looks pretty good so far. Baking them in the sun now.

What was your first successful print?

When printing rings with lettering that has straight sides, I keep getting a small miniscus of resin cured left inside the cavity. So rather than having the straight sides and flat bottom, I have a sloped sided and round bottom cavity. Any body have any tips on how to reduce this? It is like the resin just won't drain during printing. Ring is printed straight up in this case, but the same happens in other orientations as well.

Just wanted to thank everyone for putting out all the info in this group. Thanks to all the info here I've been able to make successful prints all but the first time I fired up the photon no matter what resin I've used I've found a solution here.
