I cant solve this problem. I tried changing the support settings, but I am not sure what to actually change - my changes didnt help.

There have been a few posts about using Mr. Clean, an ultrasonic cleaner and hot water. I thought I'd share this. I'm using Mr. Clean in a heated ultrasonic cleaner. This is how easy it is to remove heavy supports. This is the Mr Clean product I'm using.

so I bought a bunch of supplies for clean up and such. Bought a box of lens cleaner wipes for the FEP, but discovered at home they are alcohol free. Guessing I need to go back to the store...

After getting my new printer which failed 7 times on the test print (3 resets of the printer) I found that eSun Bio - Gray sent out a bad batch that is causing the problem. If you got the bad batch, they will replace it for free with any of their other options. The issue with the gray is being investigated, so that’s not an option.

Well this is interesting. First failed print after 20 or so successful runs. It was going well for the first couple hours, then the screen started just showing dots (as pictured). The final print pictured also.
