Sooooo my IPA bath is ruined. I made the mistake of putting IPA into the sonicator without any sort of barrier and it just melted over 7 months.

Does anyone here handwash with IPA? Who uses sonicators successfully?

Hi all, just wanted to say thanks for all the advice and help offered here. After a terrible first print, and an only mostly successful second attempt, third time was the charm and I had my first complete success last night. I've learned a lot in the last week playing with my first 3D printer. Between the Flint Reed leveling method, the resin exposure times on photonsers, Sen Kun 's notes about checking the response frequency of the FEP film, and following the steps in Nick Williams ' Youtube video below, I've made my first mini!

So, I'm using anycubic green that comes with the printer and all of my models have a chalky white substance that serms to appear on them fter a short time. Ic can be wiped/scraped off but if rinsed in water just temporarily dissappears. Some models are worse than others.

I agitate in ipa for 30+ seconds and have tried everything from not fincing in water to rinsing and curing under water.

How are people getting the nice emerald green clarity out of this resin? It looks awesome and I want it too! Lol

What could be the cause for this? In my last print I had a glitch where it almost looks like the whole layer was printed like 10mm to one side and then returned to normal. When previewing the file nothing like this is apparent there. Could it be that one layer just didn't stick and floated off to the side only to be reattached later? If so what could I do to avoid this?
