So after using all the leveling techniques that were available as resources, I decided to use a couple of tools to check my print bed, and low and behold, it is ever so slightly bowed in the center. ? I didnt want to sand it but it looks like I need to. So, techiniques for sanding plates? I know there some discourse about it but I am not sure what else to do beside purchase a new build plate.

OK I set the printer running at lunchtime, now, some six hours later, I have some very nice roof fans and ductwork. This is at 1:152 scale.
I used Sketchup v16 pro for the 3D modelling, and the AnyCubic sliver supplied with the machine to place supports and slice.
The resin is AC grey, o.02 layers 12 sec exposure, 6.5 off. 50 second exposure for 6 base layers.
Rinsed in Meths for 5mins in an ultrasonic cleaner, then a final rinse in clean IPA, before support removal, then a final cure under a nail lamp.
I have to finally file the support remnants away. But on the whole very satisfying.

Hi all. So I switched to chitubox. Printing multiple parts at once (trying to anyway)
Two questions.
1)do you find duplicate model works right. I have 5 parts and want to print 15 at once. And when u do this it goes crazy.
2) auto support is super slow. Is it better to just add supports?

Looking for a few tips of settings, but what the norm when swapping from a 0.05 to 0.025, what way do you normal adjust the eposure times for bottom and normal and by how much and do you have to adjust the number of bottom layers?

Right now i’m printing fine at 0.05 with:

normal at 10s
off time 1s
bottom exposure at 50s
8 bottom layers.

Is it possible to get every little spec of dust out of the resin vat? My microfibre cloth cant over come the static? will this effect prints if they are miniscule particles

yesterday i tried to slice my print in chitubox, and everything worked well until it tried to print it, my photon threw up a "unknown file format" error, and it was exporter as a .photon file, any clue what I might have done wrong? in the end i just saved the stl in chitubox and slicer it in photon slicer.

I know there are some folks in here that use their Photon for tabletop gaming. I just launched a Kickstarter that has a ton (42 currently but will be many more) resin-quality models to fill up your photon bed. Take a look if you're interested!

Hi all. I'm new to the group. I've had my printer since 12/20/18, and all was going well until yesterday when it stopped printing (unable to start a new print). The z-axis would not move up/down, the fan would not come on, and the UV/LCD test would not work. The progress screen showed that it thought it was printing, but nothing was happening. It already had the same firmware version that was on their website, so I downgraded/upgraded the firmware again, with no change. I contacted support, and they promptly sent me a new firmware package to try. This resolved the issue and I'm printing again with less than 1 day down time. I was pretty bummed out to see it fail but their support team quickly came through with a solution.
