Would anyone recommend a 100mm liftheight for The bottom layers so its possible to check if the first layers are put down correctly. Any downsides to doing that except print time?

Does anyone have a really lound screeching noise from the Z axis? Its absolutely terrible, sounds like a firealarm when it moves in certain areas. Its only 2 weeks old and ive done less than 20 hours worth of printing.

I know The question are going to come: there is no resin on The z axis. Its not dropped or forcefully twisted

Im wondring. Since chitubox uses tapered bases for support.. Doesnt that reduce the adhesion to the buildplate compare to the FEP? I have issues with bed adhesion when using supports but not when im not using supports. It seems to fail after 20 layers or so (the bump from the FEP turns quiet)

Does anyone have any tips on what i should change if im getting a Base and supports printed, but The part itself is stuck to the FEP? Using autosupports from prusa slicer. Supports too weak? Underexposing?

3W UV (405nm) LED actually cures the resin so fast that it generates smoke... I think it might be unhealthy ?

Btw is there any interest buying curingstations? Thinking about starting to make simple ones..
3D (FDM) printed enclosure, in total 12w 405nm LED, spinning plate and timer, active cooling of LEDs ofcourse. Im thinking price would be around 100usd +shipping for a timer one and around 50 for a simple wallplug and switch.
