Pics 1-3 are what I set my parameters at. And I'm getting cut off on the bottom layers which compromise the print on one side completely. Pics 4-5 are when I move the object over 10 on the Y axis and slice, then it's fine. Chitubox program problems..?

Admins remove if not allowed - our model club (Prison City Modelers, Leavenworth, KS) has a couple of 3D printing enthusiasts (okay, me and another guy), and we wanted a place that was dedicated to melding the two hobbies of modeling and 3D printing/designing, where people can get together and combine their skills to improve our scale modeling and diorama results. There is no "personal gain" to be had, other than people connecting and sharing original 3D files or getting together to design and print custom parts for models, dioramas, or even designing and printing simple replacement parts for older kits! So, running with this idea, I created a private group dedicated solely to these ends. I JUST made it, so it's not well-established, but I think it is something both hobbies need. The main reason I got into 3D printing was to support my modeling "habit", and now I just have another habit! No copyrighted or trademarked files are allowed - only original files by the designers. I'm going to print some lithophane keychains and my question is:

Would it be possible to print it like this? Or would it totally destroy my FEP ?

Machine is perfectly leveled and I'm hearing the pop sound every layer. And that's what's making me afraid with this orientation ?

But it will only take 24 minutes to print with Anycubic white at 0.05, 12s so that's a plus..

Otherwise I'll print it upwards, like the second pic.

I think I cracked the code in terms of leveling and adhesion. I lightly scuffed up the build plate with 80-100 grit paper then performed the Flint Reed method, but instead of .03 up on the Z axis I took it down a notch to .02 on the axis. Worked like a charm.

I have been lucky for allmost a year, without problems with ny printer. But now Im challenged... I cant figurer out wats wrong. I have done all the right things (just like before). It looks like it only the first layers been done. Any ideas?
