Question and an Observation all in one. First the question.

I'm printing some small parts to restore die cast cars (Windshields, wheels, etc.). Everything was going fine but near the end parts just never stuck. Tires aren't there at all and only the base of the windshield is there, the important part is missing.... I'm using Monocure rapid clear. 8 bottom layers at 65.5, and upper layers are .025 thick and 9.7 in time. For the windshields, I think I see an area that would benefit form added support. Also, what is there seems very thin.

Finally, since it was a print fail I tried curing without washing as I heard it added clarity to the clear resin. How's this for clear?

Hi guys.

New Fep screen replacment screen that came with the photon. Only used twice and its cactus. Hahahaha.

Failed print using small surrports have changed upper dimensions to match lower dimensions and contact tips. Do I need to change anything with dimensions for contact tips and dimensions. Cheers thanks.

I want to print a couple of traditional D&D-style trolls (not Peter Jackson Trolls, or giant horn-faced roid-rage bodybuilders, or colorful little hairy toys :) ).

I found mz4250's troll and that would seem to do the trick, but when I load it I see that black space around its mouth that usually indicates something is wrong with the file and it's not going to print.

Is there any easy way to fix this, or, failing that, is there another troll STL I haven't found that doesn't look too resoundingly different from the drawings in the Monster Manual?
