Hi. I am using the Anycubic Photon Slicer 1.3.6 and seem to be unable to set the the distance (i.e. z-axis) of the object/model from the build plate. No matter what distance I set e.g. moving 15mm on z-axis and after placing the supports, when I slice the model, the z-axis somehow goes back 3.5mm. Am I doing something wrong? Is the there some workaround? Thanks!

I'm just about done with this printer. I get one perfect print, then it's failure after failure until I basically scrub it all down and reset to new, even then it's hit or miss. My failure rate it's insane, especially when compared to my Ender which just churns prints out one after another. I've watched so many videos and tried so many things that I've become beyond frustrated at this point. Prints just won't stick to the bed. I've tried different orientations. Tried with or without supports. Relevel and Relevel and Relevel. First 8 leyers are set to 80s. Fresh resin. Fucking nothing. ? ? ? ? ?

Okay so I've had a strange issue I've used my photon trouble free for 6 months apart from FEP changes, and a batch of bad resin. My issue

My photon has suddenly stopped working, after I stopped a print due to forgetting to secure build plate to the z carriage.

Now the display works I can navigate menu but nothing happens the LCD does not project the light that is on display screen and the build plate does not move

Any help would be appreciated

So i cut up Richard Humble 's lovely HDML 1-300 model als rescaled it to 1-50 as an extra piece for the canal we're building. I hollowed out the model, but now my question is, would such a big print work, given that i can't tilt it?
