Ok, I am once again calling on the hive mind for advice :P I am trying to print this and it's coming out mostly good, but the unsupported top side is visibly out of square. It's coming out all warped and curvy.

So am experimenting with some new resins, done the resin exposure test which shows column 7, 8, and 9 to capture most details. Took an average of 16s, then 14s and 12s with the results below. Also recently changed the FEP as it was FUBAR.. would the incorrect tension on the FEP causes layer shifts and warps?
I've done a dry brush on the monocure matrix to better show details.
