I am pretty new to this. I have had some issues with prints below .05mm layer height. I have done several tests prints at .05 and things work fine, but the same models fail when I try and set it to a much thinner layer height like .02mm

The prints just don't seem to adhere to the build plate. I am running 60 bottom layers at 70 seconds of exposure each and it still won't stick. I was wondering if this sort of issue might be caused by an error I have made with Zeroing the printer? Have I not zeroed it to the correct tolerance to let it get that close to the film?

What causes this white residue? Any tips for getting rid of it and/or preventing it next time? Using anycubic grey.

Bonus Q. I’ve had to throw out 20+ minis this week from the grey resin cracking and splitting (took 2-3 weeks for it to happen. I did not have this problem with anycubic green. Did I get a bad bottle? Did I not shake it enough? I have other prints that used the same profile and didnt crack.

Huston I have a problem!
Chitubox tricked me.Distort and scaled my objects and I found out it was because a different volume calibration.
I have used chitu slicer before and there is an other calibration but not what I expect(115x65x155) but it worked.
What volume layout do you use for calibration?

So, finished a couple of prints..can't really cure them right now as (THANX VANCOUVER!) the weather has been overcast for the past few days, so...now I am forced to wait on a UV Lamp:

Hello, I have a new problem with my anycubic photon. The problem is with the "z" axis. The threaded rod rotates perfectly, but the "head" of the platform does not move. in addition, it is loose (it slides along the threaded rod up and down with the hand).
