So what do those who suffer from them use on their resin burns? I use my gloves and wipe everything down several times. I read that monomers can get through gloves after a period of time, but I didn't think they'd get through latex so fast.

Ho, I recently bought an anycubic photon s. I did the first 3 prints well. After every print i calibrate the plate too and wash it very well but I have a huge problem, I can’t print anymore.
The first layers stick to the build plate but after a little the print falls off: the build plate goes up like would have done normally, but without printing. I need help, ty ❤️

I'm gonna keep asking these concept questions as they pop into my head, lol sorry in advance. Has anyone thought of different ways to funnel the light from the source to try to achieve uniform intensity across the screen? I am interested to hear some of your ideas if you have them.

Follow-up on my current printer problems.
Made a test setup that I can live with (takes less than three hours to print, so it makes it easy to run a couple of times a day if needed).
Long story short, it's 11 small'ish skulls, setup in rows where the furthest away row have light supports and the one closest (with 5 skulls in the row) have heavy supports.
Across the lines, I have experimented with different kinds of contact shapes to see what worked the best.
I've attached a photo of the result as well.
The settings are based on 1) the test print I did a few weeks back and 2) the follow-up suggestion on adding 2 seconds to the exposure time.
Still get crap.
What am I - still - doing wrong?

So, I see a lot of you talking about using ultrasonic cleaners with IPA to clean your models after printing. Is that not incredibly dangerous? IPA has a very low flash point and is inherently unstable (it is a solvent after all). Combine that with ultrasonic waves which will heat the solvent up over time, it sounds like a very bad idea. Yet everyone seems to be doing it.

Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on this?

So my photon S has started sounding pretty bad.. I’m assuming it’s the fan? It’s also been switching itself off when starting prints and performing exposure tests. Any ideas what the problem might be?
