So I am a new user with the Photon, I've had it for about 2 days now. I've calibrated it... tightly, to the single sheet of paper. My first test print was the photon cube and it printed perfectly but then at the very end I heard a pop and the last 3-4mm of the cube looked like it ripped off into the vat.

I've since noticed that even though I tightened the calibration screw as tight as I can, there is still like a 10 degree rotation along the horizontal plane (only along this axis) that the plate can wiggle back and forth with slight effort. Did I somehow tighten the screw "wrong" or is this like a manufacturing tolerance issue that won't affect my prints. Would this have affected the adhesion issue mentioned above? Thanks so much!

As I scratched my FEP and I’m waiting for photon specific sheets to arrive, this is arriving tomorrow - it will be quite a lot larger than the photon VAT but this should work for the time being?

What do you guys think: A friend asked me to print this for them. Obviously I would have to cut it up to print it, and it would take a really long time to print it all. Is it worth it to attempt this, or is it a ridiculous undertaking?
I would be printing hollow, but still, I imagine it would take a ton of resin...

I am new to resin 3d printing, I am trying to print a mold that is 50x50x10mm, my last try had a layer swift on the z axis, is there any mod or shortcut that can help me? This orientation gives the best mold surface.
