Emergency help needed! So I finally got a new USB drive, well-branded. Formatted it to FAT32 (which took a few hours). Sliced up some new files to print, and I don't know wtf happened, went out to dinner, came home to this, and all my resin the vat used up on this clusterf*ck. I'm so sad, but more importantly what went wrong with my new USB?? The old one is supposed to be the "bad" one lol. What I was printing was 3 dwarves...

Can someone please explain how the resin exposure finder works in a little more detail.
I understand that I need to pick the best column, probably 5 or 6 here then I need to double that to find the correct exposure time for this resin.
This was the 50 micron file, does that mean that the doubled exposure time of the best column is the right time for layer height 0.05? What if I wanted to prints at anything less then that? How do I work out the exposure time using the calibration test? I've read all the instructions that came with the fines but I'm still a little confused. Thanks

OMG so much conflicting info on Ultrasonic cleaners.
Use IPA/Don't use IPA.
Use the heater/don't use the heater.
Use with water and IPA in a bag or glass.

What is the down and dirty? Can I use a cheap $30 one off Amazon to make life easier? Can you use only water or do you HAVE to use IPA to clean? Is there a recommended 'go to' model?

Hello. Thanks for the add.
I've done a search and didn't really come up with much. I have posted this on Reddit also.

My photon was working perfectly yesterday. I've done about 10 prints since I got it just over a month ago.

I went to print today and it wasn't happy one bit. The print platform failed to stop lowering and keeps making contact with the bottom of the printer and keeps trying to go further resulting in the motor making a grinding noise.

This happens when pressing the home button or starting a print. It keeps trying to go lower. No error messages come up yet I don't let it do it for long to save the screen. Luckily it hasn't damaged the screen or the film. I've also removed the print platform and vat, but it still hits the bottom and tries to keep going.

I've opened it up twice and I suspect the stop sensor is not working. The red LED illuminates, the connection seemed a bit loose but was initially hot glued from the factory to stop it falling out. I've tried squeezing the connection together while Homing still with no luck.

The little metal tab that slots into the sensor is there and is in tact.

Any ideas?
